North Shore Hospital gave us a brief tackling the ‘Welcoming and Waiting’ experience at the hospital. These were opportunities for us to challenge and reimagine the future of care by identifying a problem and designing a solution.

I identified waiting areas as a problem area, the solution I designed aimed to take patients outside to ‘Pause’ and enjoy Lake Pupuke while they rested or waited at the hospital.
